Fouskes!  Similar to oysters, but somehow 100x more wonderful.  

It’s completely possible that the life-threatening, pitch black, nauseating boat ride moments before I sat down to this meal could have been what elevated it’s quality, but I’m choosing to believe that it’s just magical Greek seafood.
